The “Olde Timer” Banjo
I build my Banjos the way our forefathers did. Wooden stave hoops, wooden dowel sticks, and stretched calfskin heads.
My Banjo necks are hand carved, and book match laminated for strength & stability. I even make my own flesh hoops and tension hoops. And on my “premium” builds I install cow bone nuts, even on the thumb string!
